MELT FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
A wonderfully nurturing & restoring treatment, reflexology is an ancient method of natural healing, accessing our entire bodies’ organs & systems through the corresponding reflex points located on our feet.
I use a varying combination of thumb/finger pressures with massage to provide a deeply relaxing experience which results in enhanced sleep quality, pain relief, stress relief, emotional release. I can also happily work on targeted treatment programmes for specific issues such as fertility issues (or simply improved levels of), hormonal imbalance & chronic illnesses.

All treatments are suitable during pregnancy after the first trimester, please do let me know, so that I can ensure your comfort- I may adjust certain techniques & certain essential oils.
